One of my readers asked me to translate this recipe to English. Here it is!
- 40 dkg powder of coconut milk
- 30 dkg coconut (in bag)
- 30 dkg sugar
- 1 packet of sugar with taste of vanilla
- 25 dkg margarine
- 20 dkg peeled almond
- 2 dl water
From the water and the sugar cook a very thick sirup and cool it down. Put the milk powder, the margarine, the sugar with taste of vanilla and 15 dkg milled coconut in it. Make little balls, put one almond in each one and spin in the rest of the coconut. Serve it freezed.
